Scope of service
Blending
Six-component in-line blending headers produce marine fuels, gasoline grades and chemical mixtures on the loading line, with automatic recipe control and real-time density and viscosity feedback.
Laboratory services
ISO 17025 aligned laboratories at Qingdao, Zhoushan, Hamburg and Rotterdam run ASTM and ISO test slates, issuing certificates of quality within four hours of sampling.
Additivation and treatment
Cold-flow improvers, cetane boosters, biocides, antioxidants and dyes are injected volumetrically with full batch traceability. Filtration to 5 micron is available on the outbound line.
Drumming and packing
Hamburg and Jurong offer drum, IBC and ISO-tank filling for parcel cargo, with UN-approved packaging and export documentation prepared in-house.
