Qingdao is the flagship terminal of ProLogistiks China and the primary gateway for crude oil imports into the North China refining belt. The facility combines deep-water VLCC berthing with 3.5 million cubic meters of tankage across floating-roof and internal floating-roof configurations.
The site operates a fully automated custody transfer system with mass-flow metering, allowing bonded and duty-paid inventory to be segregated in real time. Our in-house customs desk clears bonded cargo within an average of four working hours.
A 42 km dedicated pipeline corridor connects the terminal to the adjacent petrochemical park, removing road movements for more than 60% of outbound volume.
